Rob Roll Still At Jones Beach

According to officials from Jones Beach, Rob Roll, starting pitcher for the Gamers, has still not yet left the East Field at Jones Beach despite the fact that his game ended 4 days ago.

Apparently, Roll, who drew the ire of Game Face on Sunday when he took upwards of twenty seconds to deliver a pitch has refused to leave the field as a matter of principle.

"Just like I told those clowns on Game Face, I'm in no rush," said Roll while being interviewed on his cell phone. "I can take as long as I want to leave. There's no time limit. There's nothing in the rules that says I have to leave."

Eyewitnesses claim that they saw Roll act as if he was going to leave on several occassions. They said that he would open his car door, then close it, then fake like he was going to open it four or five times, before finally opening it. He would then drive forward a few feet before going in reverse, repeating that process several times.

Despite the fact that beach officials were screaming at him to hurry up and go him Roll has not yet been deterred from making his point. "If they don't like it they should do something about it," he asserted.

"That's one stubborn SOB," lifeguard Mike McKenzie said. "He really needs to make up his mind already."
